We have realised through experience that book-fairs go a long way in making books accessible to large sections of society. Avid enthusiasts visit book-fairs and buy books of their choice and interest. When local people interested in popularising book culture, are involved in arranging such fairs, book-fairs prove to be a great success. A constant stream of people visit book-fair and buy a record number of boos. Last year Image organised book-fairs at Surat, Navsari, Valsad, Ghatkopar, Borivali, Ahmedabad and Jamnagar. Everywhere book-fairs were a great success. Image intended to organise more fairs in big cities and town of Gujarat and outside.
